Customer Registration and Privacy Policy
The site provides for registration process to serve its Customer better and may now or in the future collect the following personally identifiable information to serve you better:
By completing the registration or placing an order, the Customer agrees to receive promotional and transactional communication, text messages, mobile notifications, phone calls and newsletters. The Customer can opt out by contacting the customer service at sardarfrozenfood@gmail.com. We will never sell or provide your information to third party companies or outside agencies for commercial purposes. However, the Site may contain links to other web sites that we do not manage directly such as Google Analytics used to understand and optimize users behavior.
SFFPL shall not be responsible for the privacy policies of such external web sites.
WHO CAN SIGN UP
Any person can sign up for services provided he or she is competent to enter into a contract. Section 11 of the Indian Contract Act, 1872 specifies that every person is competent to contract provided he or she has attained the age of 18 years, is of sound mind and not disqualified from contracting by any other law to which he or she is subject to.
PRICING
Prices displayed for all the products on www.sardarmeatshop.com includes GST. The prices of all products mentioned at the time of ordering will be charged on the date of the delivery except for fresh food products. In case fresh food prices are higher or lower on the date of delivery, additional charges will be collected or refunded as the case may be at the time of the delivery of the order.
SARDAR FROZEN FOODS PVT LTD (“SFFPL”) reserves the right to transfer the order placed by the customer to any of our other outlet incase if an item ordered is not available at the outlet or for any other reasons.
SHIPPING CHARGES
You may be required to pay Shipping Charges in addition to the order value amount, as maybe determined by SFFPL from time to time. The shipping charges, if any, will appear at the time of checkout. All delivery charges are inclusive of service tax unless stated otherwise.
Although SFFPL strives to deliver the orders on time, there may be situations wherein the actual time taken for delivery of a Product shall vary from the delivery time mentioned at the time of ordering such Product. We shall keep you updated about any delays in delivering of Products.
To avoid any damage claims after delivery, users are recommended to inspect the product seal before accepting the order.
ORDER CANCELLATION
Cancellation of an order can be done either by SFFPL or by You as under:
Cancellation By SFFPL
SFFPL has the discretion to cancel an order. Some of the reasons for cancellation are as under (not being exhaustive list of reasons):
1. Your failure to comply with any of these terms.
2. Product is unavailable with the seller.
3. Technical errors or issues.
4. Invalid address or wrong address is given in order details.
5. Malpractices used to place the order.
6. Bulk order is placed for the likely commercial resale.
7. Multiple orders are placed for same product at the same address.
8. Order is undelivered after three (3) attempts.
9. Pricing or specifications on any product as is shown on the App or Website due to typographical error or incorrect information inadvertently provided by the seller or some technical glitch, resulting into incorrect pricing or specifications.
SFFPL reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason whatsoever without any further liability. On such cancellation, You will be sent a notification or SMS at the mobile number provided to SFFPL.
Cancellation by You
You may cancel an order, although cancellation by You must be done before the product has been shipped for delivery to You. No cancellation is permitted subsequently.
Once an order has been shipped, it may not be cancelled without penalty. Any cancellation requested after shipment will incur a mandatory cancellation fee of Rs 40/-. This fee will be deducted from any applicable refund to cover shipping costs already incurred.
You can cancel an order, or part of an order where multiple products have been ordered. This can be done by either calling on our Customer Care number or in Your account on the App or website.You should state the reason for such cancellation. SFFPL will process the request for cancellation as per the policy in force.
1. Users placing DELIVER NOW orders may choose to cancel their Orders free of charge within "2 minutes" after the order placement. Any cancellation requests made after this specified time window will result in a cancellation fee as per the Cancellation policy.
2. Users placing scheduled (TIMESLOT) orders may choose to cancel their Orders free of charge, provided the cancellation is made a minimum of 30 mins before the scheduled slot start time. Cancellation requests received after this specified time window will result in a cancellation fee as per the Cancellation policy.
3. SFFPL reserves the right to collect a penalty of upto 100% (one hundred percent) of the order value for the Orders constrained to be cancelled for reasons not attributable to SFFPL including but not limited to
A. In the event if the address provided by the User is either wrong or falls outside the delivery zone;
B. Failure to contact User by phone at the time of delivering the Order booking;
C. Failure to deliver Order due to lack of information, direction or authorization from User at the time of delivery
In case of cancellations for the reasons attributable to SFFPL, SFFPL shall not collect any penalty from the User.
If an order has been successfully cancelled, You will be sent a notification or confirmation SMS at the mobile number provided to Sardar.
However, subject to the User's previous cancellation history or on the basis of misuse of this Policy or any other Policy, SFFPL reserves the right to suspend, terminate and/or cancel the order placed by the User without reason and may charge a penalty of upto 100% of the order value and take any other necessary action not limited to initiating legal action against the User.
In the event that a payment is debited from the customer’s account but is not successfully received by us (SFFPL) due to a transaction failure, technical, processing failure or any other issues such amount shall be refunded or reversed solely by the concerned bank or payment service provider in accordance with their applicable policies. Such reversals are generally completed within a period of 5–7 working days, subject to the bank’s internal processing timelines. We shall not be responsible or liable for any delays, failures, or disputes arising from such transactions, as these are beyond our control and we do not hold or control the funds at any stage. Customers are advised to contact their respective bank or payment service provider directly for further clarification or resolution.
Reschedule of Orders- Users placing scheduled orders have the option to reschedule their orders under the following conditions:
1. When placing DELIVER NOW orders, Users may choose to reschedule their order prior to being shipped from the outlet. Rescheduling within these conditions is free of charge.
2. When placing Scheduled (TIMESLOT) Orders as per the slots made available to the User by SFFPL, Users may choose to reschedule their order , provided the rescheduling is done 30 minutes prior to the slot start time. These reschedules shall be free of charge.
By placing an order with SFFPL, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this Order Cancellation and Reschedule Policy.
All Products are subject to availability and we reserve the right to impose quantity limits on any order, to reject all or part of an order, and to discontinue Products without notice, even if you have already placed an order.
Right to Modify Terms & Conditions of Service
SFFPL reserves unconditional right to modify terms and conditions of transacting business on www.sardarmeatshop.com without any prior notification and consent of customers. When a registered customer accesses www.sardarmeatshop.com he or she is deemed to have accepted the latest version of the Terms & Conditions on the Site.
TERMS OF SERVICE
These Terms of Service (“Agreement”) apply to the use of our Mobile application, the website – www.sardarmeatshop.com and the mobile site - www.sardarmeatshop.com ; whereas they are together referred to as the "Platform".
For the purposes of this Agreement, wherever the context so requires "you" or "User" shall mean any person including any natural or legal person who uses the Platform or buys any product of SARDAR FROZEN FOODS PVT LTD using any computer system or other device including but not limited to any mobile device, handheld device and tablet.
